My true Hummus story: Born and raised in West Texas, I’d never heard of Hummus before moving into a hippy group house in Washington, DC. I avoided trying it for months because I saw them making it from chickpeas and I thought the flavor would just be gross.
Now it’s one of my favoritest guilty pleasures.
