Are all sports having the same "issues" as derby? Back-stabbing, jealous, he-said-she-said-she-said, that person is too involved, that person is not involved enough, your ego is too big for your shoulders, you need more confidence grow some balls?

You are an absolute whore at every tournament, away game, and convention you're in attendance. Regardless of whether or not your wife privately acknowledges/accepts this situation (none of us can discern if she knows or not), it's not appropriate behavior for someone with your status and level of visibility within the sport. You need to stop mixing casual sex with skaters who trust you. You are destroying the community.
